Store Policies
The following policies shall be read in accordance with the Terms of Use Agreement that applies to the use of this website:
Pricing: All prices shown are in Australian ($AU) dollars. Prices are inclusive of GST charges, where applicable. Prices are exclusive of shipping/postage costs which will be calculated and added separately to the total of your order in the Shopping Cart (see also Shipping/Postage below).
Payment Methods: Paypal, Bank Deposit, and Australia Post Money Order are accepted methods of payment for goods purchased via this website. Credit card payment on this site is via Paypal. Paypal is a safe and secure method of making online credit card payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay. To find out more about Paypal click here.
If you have selected to pay via Bank Deposit or Australia Post Money Order, final payment instructions (bank a/c, address details etc) will be emailed within 48 hours from receipt of order. This will allow us to confirm shipping/postage fees before you send your payment.
Orders will only be processed for dispatch once payment has been received (and cleared) by The Little Shunter.
Shipping/Postage: Once your order has been placed, and payment has been received, we will process your order and arrange to have it shipped/posted to you. The Little Shunter currently uses Australia Post for its deliveries but reserves the right to use an alternative freight company if it so chooses.
Current dispatch time from receipt of order and payment is approximately 2 business days.
International shipments may incur taxes and duties upon arrival into the country of destination. The amount charged will depend on the destination of the shipment. As the customer, you are responsible for the payment of any taxes and duties that are applied by customs in your country.
Shipping / Postage rates are calculated automatically via the shopping cart. This is an estimated price only based on the gross weight of the items you have ordered. However, orders over 500g may incur additional postage charges where cubic rates are applied by the carrier. Unfortunately we can not accurately calculate this until we package your order. Where shipping/postage fees are greater, you will be notified by email to process any additional charges prior to shipping your order.

Orders that cannot be filled If we cannot fill an order for any reason, we will notify you within 48 hours by email and ask how you would like to proceed.
Return and Refund Policy If a product purchased from us is defective, damaged (during transit), or shipped in error on our part, the product can be returned for a refund to the value of the original product purchase price or replacement item (subject to stock availability). This Return and Refund Policy is subject to receipt of notification from the Customer within 7 days of receipt of goods, proof of purchase provided by the customer and authority granted by us to accept the return. In the event of a refund, this will be made via the same payment method as payment was received by us.
If you need to return an item, simply <click here> and email us details of the purchase (invoice no. and date) and details of the defect, damage or error and await further instructions from us.
Discount Vouchers Discount vouchers may be issued by The Little Shunter. Vouchers may only be used by the Customer to which they have been issued. Only one (1) voucher may be used per order per Customer. To redeem your voucher, simply enter the voucher code during check out.
